My Online Karate – Terms and Conditions (Updated 2025)

1. Introduction Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you accept these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Application These Terms and Conditions apply to the sale and provision of services and goods by My Online Karate Ltd (Company No. 12427408), located at Church Road, Barrow, Suffolk, IP29 5AX. You can contact us via email at contact@myonlinekarate.com.

You may only purchase our services if you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

3. Definitions

  • Consumer: An individual acting outside their business, trade, or profession.

  • Contract: The legally binding agreement for the supply of Services and/or Goods.

  • Order: Your order placed via the website.

  • Services: Training services and associated goods as advertised.

  • Goods: Any physical products supplied in connection with our Services.

  • Delivery Location: The address or method through which services/goods are delivered.

  • Durable Medium: Email or printed form for record-keeping purposes.

4. Services Overview Details of services and any related goods are available on our website. Images and descriptions are illustrative only. Services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to make changes for legal, safety, or practical reasons.

5. Personal Information & Registration You must register and maintain a secure username and password. All data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

6. Payment Plans and Contract Terms We now offer flexible payment options:

  • Monthly (no contract) – Full price, paid monthly, cancel anytime.

  • 3-Month Term – Reduced price, paid monthly, minimum 3-month contract.

  • 6-Month Term – Reduced price, paid monthly, minimum 6-month contract.

  • Yearly – Paid in full annually, 12-month commitment.

You will be asked to select your plan during checkout, which forms part of your contract.

7. Basis of Sale Orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance. A contract is formed when we confirm your order via email. Please ensure all information is correct at the time of ordering.

8. Fees and Payment All prices are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. You must pay via credit/debit card at checkout. Payments are taken as per the selected payment plan.

9. Delivery Services and any goods will be delivered digitally or physically as per your order. Any delays will be communicated, and you may be eligible for a refund or cancellation in line with consumer rights.

10. Risk and Ownership Goods become your responsibility once delivered. Ownership remains with us until payment is received in full.

11. Cancellation Rights You may cancel your order before the contract is formed. Once formed, the following applies:

  • No refunds are issued for services already provided.

  • Recurring payments will be cancelled upon termination.

  • Where applicable, goods must be returned within 14 days at your cost.

To cancel, you must notify us in writing or use the form at the end of this document.

12. Cancellation During Contract Period By selecting a 3, 6, or 12-month term, you agree to fulfil the full duration. Early cancellations may incur a charge for the remaining term. Monthly (no contract) customers may cancel anytime before their next billing date.

13. Conformity and Performance We aim to deliver all services with reasonable skill and care. Goods will be of satisfactory quality and as described, barring minor variations.

14. Duration, Suspension and Termination The contract lasts for the period agreed during sign-up. Either party may terminate the agreement for material breach or insolvency. Outstanding payments remain due on termination.

15. Force Majeure We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our control.

16. Privacy We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://myonlinekarate.com/privacy-policy. For concerns, email contact@myonlinekarate.com.

17. Liability We do not exclude liability for death or injury caused by negligence. We are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses.

18. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes may be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, or where applicable, Scotland or Northern Ireland.

19. Complaints Please contact us first with any complaints. We aim to resolve issues within 5 working days.

20. Waiver & Legal Indemnity By participating, you confirm that you are fit and able to undertake physical activity and assume full responsibility for your participation. You indemnify us against any injury or claim resulting from your involvement.

You also agree to the use of your name, image or likeness in promotional materials related to My Online Karate unless you request otherwise in writing.
